How should I store my tallow balm?
Tallow is shelf-stable but should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In warmer months, some softening may occur — this does not affect product quality. You can refrigerate it for a firmer texture if preferred.

Why does my balm have cracks or a whipped texture?
This is totally normal! Because we don’t use fillers, waxes, or stabilizers, natural cracking or texture variation can occur during the cooling process. It doesn't affect performance and is a sign of a truly clean product.
